We have a microbiology laboratory and a physical chemical analysis laboratory, which are used to determine the acid value and peroxide value of oils, measure salt content online, and conduct rapid detection of substrate moisture content. Additionally, these facilities are employed for online quality control testing of workshop products, including net weight, oxygen residue, and product packaging appearance inspection. The microbiology laboratory is also responsible for testing the fat and moisture content, colony count, and Escherichia coli levels in finished products according to national standards.
