Specialized Food Safety Training
On September 29, the Production Department organized a specialized food safety training session for all employees, designed to strengthen risk control awareness in the production process and reinforce our product quality defenses.
The training focused on the key provisions of the "Food Safety Law," with a detailed interpretation of standard requirements for critical stages such as raw material acceptance, processing operations, and finished product storage. The instructor analyzed preventive measures for common issues like cross-contamination and temperature control failures, using relevant industry case studies. Live demonstrations were also conducted for practical procedures like hand sterilization and equipment cleaning。
During the interactive session, employees actively asked questions about sanitation challenges encountered in daily production. Supervisors addressed each query and provided optimization suggestions.
This session further clarified the food safety responsibilities of each role, helping to embed the "safety-first" principle into daily operations. Moving forward, the Production Department will conduct regular skill checks and hazard inspections to ensure the training delivers tangible results, guaranteeing the safety of our products from our production lines to the market.
